Training for Professionals in EDU-T and LAP
Advanced and specialised as the EDU-T methodology is, it will benefit professionals already working in the education sector. This involves teachers, support specialist or a tertiary trained specialist working in the area of learning and reading development. The training period is 13 hours (Friday > Sunday schedule) and CA CEU- credits are available for LEP, Speech and Language Pathologists. Symbol > Sound recognition.
Letter cluster recognition.
Sustained attention focus to task.
Rhyming awareness and recall
Speeded recognition and response – fluency
Recognition of real vs nonsense words
Visual retention of word images for spelling
Integration of content imagery for reading enjoyment
